Sigh.
I get really tired of trying to think of witty, cute one liner titles for my blogs. Perhaps I should just start with a date system or something.
School has started for the chirrens of Casa DuBose as of yesterday.
Brittany got most of the classes she wanted (including theater which is what she was REALLY hoping for) and Hailey got what was to be expected including music class. Hailey started Violin last year and will continue it this year. Yay! another musician in the family!
I think yesterday was harder on me than the kids.
Brittany’s first day of High School went okay, even though I am not very happy about her bus arrangements. (ask me in person, I am not going to write about it.) Let’s just say, for my piece of mind, and hers, I MIGHT start driving her to school…although I’m not sure how that is going to work since I have to be at work at 7. GRRRRR……
Hailey LOVES getting to switch classes. I hope her enthusiasm for school lasts a while…she hates school and it is usually pretty tough for her.
